Documents & decks
Proposals, reports, presentations and email. The formats where most clients meet the brand most often.
Proposals & reports
| Element | Specification |
|---|---|
| Cover | Night: navy-950 field, reversed logo top-left, title in Archivo, one Strata Frozen Frame band as the only decoration, client name and date in Plex Mono. |
| Interior | Day surfaces. Archivo headings, Hanken body at 10.5 to 11pt, Plex Mono for tables, captions and footers. Margins 22mm minimum. |
| Structure | Their problem first, our answer second, credentials last. Executive summary never exceeds one page. |
| Footer | Plex Mono: document title · Triway Technologies · page number, with a confidentiality note where the document needs one. |
Presentation decks
| Rule | Specification |
|---|---|
| Format | 16:9. Title and closing slides Night; content slides Day. One motif per deck maximum, usually a Frozen Frame band on the title and closing slides. |
| Density | One idea per slide. Max ~40 words or one chart per content slide; detail moves to an appendix or the document. |
| Charts | Follow the data visualisation rules (Part C). The number being argued is orange; everything else is navy steps. |
| Never | Clip art, stock metaphors, drop shadows on text, more than two type sizes per slide, slide transitions. |
Email signature
This is the canonical signature spec. No banners, no quotes, no social icons beyond text links. Two numbers, labelled and each on its own line so neither can ever wrap mid-number: the office line and the team member’s direct line. The site and socials sit as text links on one full-width footer row beneath a hairline, guaranteed a single line, pointing to the canonical handles in Brand architecture. The lockup sits at 40px, matching the card backs, so a full firstname-surname address holds a single line; addresses beyond roughly forty characters use a shorter alias. Production signatures reproduce this rendered spec with email-safe tables and the office font fallbacks, since mail clients strip flex layouts and webfonts.

Stationery & collateral
Print is where the brand feels most premium or falls apart fastest. Matte stocks, restrained ink, one motif.
Business card · 3.5 × 2 in (88.9 × 50.8 mm) · two approved variations
Both variations are approved; pick one per print run and keep a batch consistent. Fronts carry the mark at 34px: the one-colour white mark on Night, the full-colour mark on Day, with name, role and contacts; the URL takes the action colour (orange-400 on Night, orange-700 on Day). Backs centre the lockup at a consistent 40px above the positioning line in mono caps: the full-colour lockup on the Day back, the one-colour white lockup on the Night back. Night faces print on the navy depth gradient, the system’s one permitted gradient. 350gsm uncoated or soft-touch matte; no gloss, no foil. The business card generator produces Variation B, the Day front with the Night back.
Letterhead & merchandise
| Item | Rule |
|---|---|
| Letterhead | Logo top-left at 34mm, address block in Plex Mono bottom, generous margins, no watermark. Legal name Triway Technologies LLC in the footer. |
| Merchandise | Mark or lockup in a single colour: navy or white on garments and objects; full colour only on white. Quality over quantity; nothing we would not use ourselves. |
| Events | Backdrops use the Frozen Frame or plain navy. The logo never sits over photography. |
Motion idents & video
Video inherits the motion rules of Part D; this covers the branded furniture around the content.
| Element | Specification |
|---|---|
| Logo ident | The Convergence draw: three strands merge into one line, resolve to the lockup. 1.2 seconds, once per video, at the open or close, never both. |
| Lower thirds | Day panel, r-sm corners: name in Archivo 650, role in Plex Mono caps, orange triangle cue. Enter with a 250ms ease-out slide; no bounces. |
| End card | Night field, mark or lockup centred, URL in Plex Mono, hold three seconds. Static Strata ridgelines permitted at low contrast. |
| Captions | Hanken Grotesk 600, high-contrast against a scrim, within broadcast-safe margins. Captions are mandatory on all published video. |
| Never | Spinning or exploding the logo, whooshes and impact sound design, stock corporate footage, AI-generated presenters. |
