Iconography & imagery
Icons
Outline style, 1.5px stroke, rounded caps and joins, on a 24px grid. The rounded stroke quietly echoes the wordmark’s monoline letterforms. Icons are always a single colour: navy-700 in navy-50 chips on Day, navy-300 in navy-800 chips on Night. Never multicoloured, never filled, never emoji. Recommended library: Lucide, configured to these stroke settings, plus custom triangle-derived icons for the six practices.
Photography
- Real Triway people working, documentary style, natural light
- Client environments and delivered product UI in clean device frames
- Architectural detail and texture shot by us, if a location is needed
- A consistent grade: slightly cool shadows toward navy, honest colour
- Stock skylines, handshakes, headset agents, glowing brains, circuit boards
- AI-generated imagery of people or places
- Photos with embedded text or watermarks
- Imagery that conflicts with regional professional norms; when in doubt, choose work over people
Data visualisation
Charts follow the colour roles. Series run in navy steps (700, 500, 400 in that order); the one series or bar being argued for is orange-500; positive or complete states may use success green and negative variances use danger red, both sparingly. Gridlines are mist-200, axis labels IBM Plex Mono. Label data directly where possible instead of legends. Never: 3D charts, rainbow palettes, gradients in fills, or a chart whose headline number is not visible in ten seconds.
